Where do I park?We have a parking lot, plenty of street parking around the salon, and a parking garage located directly behind us!

What if I’m running late?We understand that unexpected events can cause you to run late. If you are 15 minutes or more late, we reserve the right to modify or cancel your service(s) to stay on schedule for all following appointments. Rescheduled appointments may be subject to a service charge.

Why do I need to give my credit card number when booking an appointment?At Moxie Park, we’re incredibly fortunate to serve many guests, some waiting weeks for an appointment. To protect our team’s valuable time, we kindly request a credit card on file for all services.

What is your cancellation policy?We understand that life happens, and sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please reach out as soon as possible if this occurs! However, we do have a firm policy regarding no-shows and last-minute cancellations. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 100%. This charge will be automatically applied to the credit card on file. In support of this, we require confirmation 48 hours prior to your appointment. If we’re unable to confirm, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment.

What methods of payment do you accept?We accept all major credit cards, cash, and Moxie Park gift cards.

How do I tip my stylist?Tips are always appreciated! We kindly request cash when possible, but for your convenience, we also offer Tippy - a tipping platform separate from the service transaction.

Are you kid friendly?Children are welcome as clients only, ensuring their safety and allowing your stylist to provide you with the best service. Breastfeeding mothers are an exception.

What are your hours?We're open Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Please note: Stylist schedules may vary.

Do you offer consultations?We offer complimentary consultations! You’ll have 15 minutes with a stylist to ask any questions you may have. They will explain the steps to reach your goal, pricing, and anything else you’d like to know. *First-time extension clients are required to have a consultation.

How do I know what to book?Head over to our booking page! We break down each blonding service into levels to make choosing the right one easy. If you have any questions, give our front desk a call - we’re happy to help! First time seeing us? If you're booking a color and cut, please select Level 3.

How far out can I book?We open our books four months at a time to keep things running smoothly, with a new month opening on the first Monday of each month. Pre-booking after each appointment is the best way to secure your desired spot!

What if I need my hair adjusted?We want you to love your hair! If you're not completely satisfied with your service results, please contact us within seven days of your original appointment, and we’ll correct any technical issues at no additional charge. If you’d like to go in a different direction than what was discussed during your consultation, this policy doesn’t apply. However, we’d love to be a part of your next hair journey!

How does the waitlist work?We offer a waitlist to help get guests in as soon as appointments become available! You can add yourself to the waitlist by visiting our booking page on the website or calling the front desk. While we can't guarantee an exact timeline, you'll be notified as soon as something opens up!

How can I save money on products?We offer 20% off shampoo and conditioner REFILLS! Just bring your empty bottles back, and we’ll refill them with any of our amazing options. *Excludes travel and liter sizes.

What if I don't love my product purchase?We stand behind our products 100% and are happy to honor an exchange for a new product that better suits your hair. Returns are only accepted on gently used products and must be made within three weeks of purchase.
